1. Introduction

HR Cluster AS uses cookies and similar storage technologies on SRVY (srvy.app and related hosts). This policy explains what these technologies are, how we use them, which cookies we set, and the choices you have.

2. What are cookies and storage technologies?

Cookies are small text files that a site places on your device. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, and session identifiers. They let the platform remember information about your visit, for example that you are signed in, or which language you prefer.

3. How we use cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the platform, keep sessions secure, remember your preferences, and, only with your consent, understand how our public pages are used. The public survey runtime is lightweight: answering a survey is session-free and sets no sign-in cookie on respondents. It may set two functional cookies: a survey-language preference, and, when a respondent follows an invitation link, a short-lived cookie holding a hashed invitation token that is removed on completion.

Essential cookies

Required for the platform to work and cannot be switched off. Used for sign-in sessions in the Insight and admin portals, session security, CSRF protection, and remembering your cookie choice.

Preference cookies

Remember choices including your language, so they persist across visits.

Analytics cookies

Loaded only after you accept them in the cookie banner. Used to understand how our public pages are used so we can improve them. We do not use analytics for advertising or profiling, and analytics run under Consent Mode, denied by default until you accept.

5. Third-party services

The only third party able to set cookies on SRVY is:

• Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.), for privacy-friendly usage analytics on our public pages, loaded only after you accept analytics cookies.

SRVY does not use advertising cookies, social-media tracking pixels, or marketing profiling tools.

6. Managing your cookie preferences

You can change your choice at any time through the cookie banner, or configure your browser to block or delete cookies. Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the platform, in particular signing in to a portal, from working.

7. Retention

Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser or when your session ends. Preference and consent cookies persist for the periods shown in the table in section 4, so your choices are remembered across visits.
